Nexel 15 (Pty) Ltd (“Nexel”, “we”) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery and billing address when you order or contact us.
- Your order history.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages viewed, through cookies and analytics (see Cookies).
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Netcash.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order and give you support.
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To meet legal and accounting requirements.
- To improve our website.
- To send you marketing, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with our courier partners (to deliver your order), Netcash (to take payment), our website, email and hosting providers, and our accountants or authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the shop (such as your cart) and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link on the site.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires, and other information only as long as we need it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may object to its processing. Email louis@nexel.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
